Blue Moon Vintage Finds

About

Robbie Maze,
Water Valley, Mississippi

Every piece here was found, hauled home, and brought back one afternoon at a time.

Some go back to the original wood; some get a colour they never had. Either way the work is the same — make it sound first, then make it worth looking at.

How a piece comes back

01

Found

Estate sales, barns, curb finds and the backs of sheds. The piece has to be solid wood and worth the hours.

02

Repaired

Joints re-glued, veneer patched, drawers made to run again. Structure first, every time.

03

Finished

Stripped back to the grain, or painted and sealed. Original hardware cleaned and kept wherever it survives.

04

Rehomed

Photographed, listed, and handed to whoever has the right room for it.

Where to find the work in person

Some pieces are sold directly. Others sit on a partner shop’s floor, where they are priced and sold by the shop.
